Mr. N.M Mtimandze started work on construction at Wierda Park (Centurion) back in January 1996. He used to work with Neel Pretorius who was developing new houses and selling them, He was working as general worker but at the same time he was learning the different work from his boss. In 1988 Mike become a qualified constructor for working with different projects. In 2000 he started his company Gerizem Construction at Rooihuiskraal and Reeds at Centurion.
